Manage and optimize assets within the assigned jurisdiction, including lease renewals, renovations, store closures, and annual planning (AOP).

Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for new restaurant openings.

Handle issues related to existing stores, including rental matters, signage, air-conditioning, and other operational concerns.

Manage relationships with major landlords and support the Strategic Development Plan for Singapore.

Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification, with experience in chain brand business development or related fields.
  • Proven experience in leading F&B or retail companies.
  • Strong working relationships with key landlords and industry stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills with strong execution ability, efficiency, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in managing external relations, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs coordination.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role requires regular liaison with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
