The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as we scale enrolment and strengthen our market position. You will play a pivotal role in developing new student pipelines, building corporate partnerships and driving revenue through strategic business development. This is a high‑impact role where your success directly translates to organisational growth and your earning potential.

What You Will Do
  • Drive student enrolment through B2B corporate partnerships and B2C direct recruitment
  • Develop and manage relationships with companies, training organizations and education partners
  • Generate leads, conduct consultation, and close enrolments to meet monthly targets
  • Represent Avanta Academy at career fairs, corporate events, and education exhibitions
  • Leverage SkillsFuture funding schemes (SSG subsidies, SkillsFuture Credit, UTAP) to create compelling value propositions for prospective students
  • Manage sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on conversion metricsCollaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years in business development, sales or partnerships (education/training sector experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently
  • Knowledge of Singapore's continuing education landscape and SSG funding schemes is advantageous
