Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at assigned building(s).
• Manage term contractors/specialist contractors for smooth operation.
• Manage relations with clients, authorities, and tenants.
• Provide updates on service outages and scheduled shutdowns.
• Attend to tenant/client feedback and recommend remedial actions.
• Budgeting and managing expenses.
• Other ad-hoc assignments by Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants
• Provide client / authorities / tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
• Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions
• Budgeting and managing expenses
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
