A leading facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Building Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing facility management services, managing contractors, and maintaining client and tenant relationships. Job description

As an Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building(s) that he is assigned to
  • Manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings
  • Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants
  • Provide client / authorities / tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
  • Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions
  • Budgeting and managing expenses
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
