Up to $4,500 basic salary + Monthly Incentives + Variable Bonus

Working Hours:
Alternate 5-day and 6-day work weeks
44 working hours per week
Day & Night Shifts (outlet operates 24 hours)
Transport Benefits:
Company transport provided after 12:00am
Transport fees claimable for early morning shifts when public transport is unavailable
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall management of our restaurant operations at Changi Airport. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and team excellence in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise, motivate, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
Assist with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
2 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager / Deputy Manager
Proficient in inventory management and cost control
Working knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
