Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM-focused projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
• Write and uphold BIM Execution Plans, maintaining project consistency and quality.
• Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Troubleshoot issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance.
• Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.
• Conduct training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities.

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
