Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, espresso-based drinks, and blended coffees, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages while overseeing daily bar operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place timely orders to ensure product availability.
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service while actively participating in daily service operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the bar and service areas.
  • Plan and manage staff rosters for the bar team.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work on Weekend and Public Holidays
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
