Job Description:
  • Take charge of daily preparation and production of Pizza, Focaccia, Bread, etc by following standards SOPs.
  • Packing and stock’s management of final products.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of working experience / exposure to bakery or similar role is preferable.
  • Attention to details and precision in baking techniques / dough shaping.
  • Experience in the preparation and shaping of sourdough bread and pizza is highly valued/recognized.
  • Formal culinary or baking education is a plus.
  • Able to collaborate in the creation of new products to meet client’s needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
  • Demonstrate leadership skills."
