About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Administrator to join our dynamic team at Chinese Maritime Transport (S) Pte Ltd. In this full‑time role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations in the Orchard Central Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in achieving our company's objectives.

Requirements
  • Education min G.C.E. O level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year of experience as an Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge in shipping will be added advantage
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese (Cantonese/Mandarin dialect) will be added advantage
  • Position open to Singaporean and Permanent Resident
  • Must be able to communicate well with clients in English and Mandarin
  • Must be well‑versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
  • Able to join work in January 2026
Job Responsibilities
  1. Handle ad‑hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
  2. Prior experience in administrative or office support roles
  3. Run errands and answer telephone calls.
  4. Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  5. Provide general administrative support including performing office errand (e.g. delivering and managing incoming calls)
  6. other ad‑hoc duties
