  • Monitor adherence to company protocols.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with the analysis of sales data.
  • Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Department: Application Department

Responsibilities
  • Machine & CR Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities for machines and CR equipment.
  • APP Service Reporting: Update and maintain APP service reports accurately and timely.
  • Machine Booking & Portal Management: Track machine bookings and update relevant portals to ensure smooth operations.
  • Machinery Tool Calibration: Coordinate calibration schedules for machinery tools and equipment.
  • ISO Documentation Support: Assist in maintaining ISO documentation and ensure proper control and compliance.
  • Company Protocol Tracker: Monitor and track adherence to company protocols and activities.
  • Administrative Support: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support team operations.
  • Data Analysis Support: Assist with the analysis of consumable sales data to support business insights.
  • Shipment Coordination: Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Requirements & Preferences
Must
  • Minimum Diploma in any field

  • Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N3) to liaise with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking counterparts
