Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to oversee a team of accountants and accounts executives.

You will ensure timely financial statements, tax computations, and regulatory reporting for a diverse client base in Singapore. You will advise on accounting and tax matters, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• ACCA or CPA qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience with some supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounts Manager in supervising and guiding accountants and accounts executives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements.
• Review work prepared by team members for accuracy and completeness.
• Advise clients on accounting, tax, and compliance matters.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client service delivery.
