Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis for different types of companies and businesses
- Oversee and prepare payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy in salary computations, statutory deductions, CPF contributions, and compliance with Singapore's employment laws
- Prepare and compile financial and management reports
- Submission and filing of GST returns for our clients
- Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit
- Handle simple tax computation and liaise with IRAS if necessary
- Supervise, review, and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and corrections to ensure high-quality and efficient work
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring client satisfaction with the accounting services provided
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and overall client service
- Any other duties/tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience; work experience in a CPA firm is an added advantage
- Experience in handling various industries accounting is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software e.g. MYOB, AUTOCOUNT, XERO
- Must be initiative, multi‑tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Immediate availability is preferred
