Job summary

A reputable accounting firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to handle a full spectrum of accounting functions. The ideal candidate should possess an ACCA qualification, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in SAP B1 and Excel. This role offers a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with immediate availability preferred.

Key Information

• Office located in North area
• Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
• Full Set of accounts
• ACCA
• SAP knowledge highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including billing, AR/AP, GL, reconciliations, revenue recognition, GST reporting, and fixed asset accounting.
• Manage month-end closing and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Submit government and grant claims.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, audits, and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis to stakeholders; liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Support process improvements and system implementations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• ACCA, Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• SAP B1 knowledge is advantageous.
• Meticulous, independent, and proficient in Excel.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
