Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist in managing inventory records and related documentation.
  • Support external audit and tax filing processes (including Corporate Tax and GST).
  • Contribute to improving financial workflows and enhancing efficiency in reporting and account management.
  • Handle ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Xero accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
