A leading mass transit operator in Singapore is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Network System Maintenance (NSM) who will be responsible for holistic system management from acquisition to retirement. The role requires expertise in asset management, budget oversight, and driving system-level integration. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree along with 5-8 years of maintenance experience. Strong communication skills is also vital, along with proficiency in relevant engineering tools.

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of prior relevant experience in a maintenance environment.
• Prior operational experience in 1st line and 2nd line maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manager for NSM System, accountable for holistic system management.
• Monitor and analyze budgeting policies and procedures.
• Direct development of maintenance concepts for NSM Systems.

Skills

Proficient in MS Excel

Knowledge of Reliability Engineering (MTBF, MTTR)

Team player

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to develop stakeholder affinity

Education

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering

Tools

Reliability Engineering tools
