Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and deliver tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management teams with data collation and analysis to support decision making.
• Conduct market research on the local real estate market, trends and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and summarise research findings and recommendations for asset plans.
• Coordinate site visits and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation; provide ad-hoc administrative support.
