A leading asset management firm in Singapore seeks an Asset & Facilities Operations Executive on a contract basis. You will manage assets, ensure compliance with IPC requirements, and track operations at partner hotels. The ideal candidate has a degree and relevant experience in inventory management. This position offers competitive working hours and the potential for duties on weekends as needed.

Asset & Facilities Operations Executive (Contract)

Working schedule: Mon to Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 hour break. May include duties on weekends and PH to support operations when required.

About the Role: We are seeking an Asset & Facilities Compliance Executive to support the management of national stockpile assets and work with partner hotels serving as Multi-Purpose Community Isolation Facilities (MPCIF). You will be involved in asset accounting, disposal operations, hotel engagement, and ensuring compliance with updated Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and track assets stored at third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.

Verify asset condition, loan movements, and support donation/transfer activities.

Assist in disposal of expired or redundant assets.

Support MOU renewal with partner hotels and coordinate engagement sessions.

Conduct site checks and assess hotels against IPC requirements.

Prepare updates and reports for internal stakeholders.

Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

Possess a degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in managing inventory, ensuring accountability, and enforcing compliance is an advantage.

Strong operational management, communication, and project management skills.

Able to conduct site visits and work with external partners.
