Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Test Technician. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Location is Upper Changi with a 12-month contract.

Work is on-site with Day, Noon, and Night shifts available. Duties include assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing assemblies, following schematics, and documenting test results. Qualifications

• Able to read electrical schematics / circuit diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in electrical or electro-mechanical assembly or testing is advantageous.
• Willingness to perform hands-on assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Willing to work rotating shifts according to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies and components.
• Read and work with schematics, circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and work instructions.
• Perform testing using electronic measurement equipment, test fixtures, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues and correct assembly or testing errors.
• Inspect incoming parts and ensure all required components are available for production.
• Record production, testing and work-related information using computer systems.
• Support process improvements and assist with troubleshooting during testing.
• Follow all workplace safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.

Electrical / Electro-Mechanical Assembly & Test Technician

Location: Upper Changi
Contract: 12 months (renewable / convertible based on performance and business requirements)
Working Days: Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday
Shift: Choose your preferred shift

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Noon Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:30 AM (With Allowance)

• Night Shift: 11:30 PM - 9:00 AM (With Allowance)

Job Responsibilities

• Willing to work rotating/assigned shifts according to the selected schedule.
