Job summary

A leading automotive innovation center in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to support manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring production goals and optimizing productivity through effective vehicle assembly and maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management and some experience in production, preferably in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in production preferred.
  • Knowledge in automotive production and assembly lines beneficial.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or paint process in an automotive factory beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support vehicle assembly/module/repair tasks.
  • Participate in improvement activities and maintain visual management boards.
  • Analyze production state and oversee production flow.

Job description
Your Mission

This position will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations and contribute to production goal achievement and productivity optimization, by meeting standards in both cost and quality.

What To Expect
  • Support/Perform vehicle assembly/module/repair tasks
  • Participate in improvement activities, prepare vehicle assembly/test performance metrics and maintain visual management boards
  • Carry out routine maintenance checks and preventative maintenance programs
  • Analyze the state of production and oversee the production flow of assigned section
  • Work with Management, Engineers and Technicians on solving operational problems
  • Work in accordance with Health and Safety (M13), Environment and Fire Protection regulations
What You'll Bring
  • ITE/Diploma Certificate in Engineering/ Quality Management or related discipline
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in production preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry beneficial
  • Knowledge in automotive production and assembly lines beneficial
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or paint process in an automotive factory beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office beneficial
