JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly and testing.
• Operate and maintain vacuum systems.
• Conduct bulk and intricate cleaning of parts and assemblies.
• Handle packing and documentation of products.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and process data.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize processing times.
• Train fellow employees in accordance with company standards.
• Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions.
• Be adaptable and willing to rotate across departments as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N’ Level or Technical Certificate and above.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent in data entry using spreadsheets or process control systems.
