Job Requirements

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to correctly assemble mechanical components and modules.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, proper fit, and functionality, and identify and correct any defects.
• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on assembled units to verify they meet standards.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, productivity, and any deviations.
• Work with other assemblers and teams to address challenges and implement process improvements.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
