Job Summary

Responsible for performing assembly operations on the production line according to SOPs. Ensures stable production output, product quality, and timely escalation of abnormalities to support smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform component assembly, screw-driving, labelling, and other process steps according to SOPs and work instructions.

2. Follow directions from line leaders/supervisors and promptly report issues related to incoming materials, fixtures, or tools.

3. Achieve production targets including output, yield, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to understand assembly drawings and work instructions; familiar with common manual and power tools.

• Experience in assembly-line or production operations preferred; strong safety and quality awareness.

• Able to work rotating shifts when required.

• Good basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
