Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Singapore seeks a strategic Head of Client Advisory, Asia South Wealth to lead Citi Wealth's Affluent and High Net Worth franchise (Citigold and Citigold Private Client) across onshore and offshore markets.

You will drive NNA growth, AUM, and client engagement, shaping advisory models, enhancing productivity, and building a high-performing team of Advisors, Market Managers, and specialists while ensuring governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in wealth/advisory financial services.
Proven track record managing large affluent and HNW businesses with revenue/AUM responsibility.
Experience deploying digital and AI-enabled advisory capabilities is highly desirable; Bachelor's degree required.

Franchise Leadership: lead growth of onshore/offshore Wealth advisory franchise based in Singapore (IPB).
Advisory & Client Outcomes: elevate advisory capabilities and ensure differentiated client advice.
Talent & Organization: build and inspire a large advisory organization across markets.
Transformation & Innovation: modernize advisory models with digitization and AI, improve productivity.
Risk & Stakeholder Management: maintain governance and regulatory compliance; collaborate across departments.
