Job summary

FCM, part of Flight Centre, seeks a Revenue Management Analyst for Asia to own air content performance and shape regional commercial strategy. You will combine analytics with commercial judgement to influence stakeholders and drive margin improvements across diverse markets.

This high-autonomy role reports to Global Head of Revenue Management and Regional Supply Leader and is based in Singapore. You’ll navigate complex supplier dynamics and customer needs with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in analytical or pricing roles in travel (GDS & NDC preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerBI for reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Air content weekly to assess pricing and terms across your portfolio.
• Apply frameworks balancing supplier content, consultant behaviour, customer needs, and margin.
• Proactively track performance trends, spotting opportunities and risks across markets.
• Monitor private fares, content, and warehouse data to ensure quality and competitiveness.
• Support Code of Conduct and consultant behaviour monitoring to close compliance gaps.
• Execute content strategies and coordinate actions across Procurement, Pricing Delivery, Brand leadership, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Deliver periodic performance updates to Brands, driving actions to improve content and capture missed opportunities.
• Support implementation of centralized pricing strategy.
• Own and drive team-wide or regional initiatives, tracking and reporting ROI.
• Present opportunities to increase front-end margin and/or back-end income.
• Validate AI-generated outputs and correct for interpretive bias before acting on insights.
