Asia Physical Security Program & Training Coordinator
Working Location: Chai Chee
Reporting To: APAC Security Account Manager
Key Functions
- Coordinate and support Client-mandated security training programmes, including onboarding (OJT), control certification, re-certification, and leadership development, ensuring training materials and guidelines are current and consistently applied across sites.
- Work with site leads to conduct post-training evaluations, review results, and follow up on improvements.
- Ensure all security personnel complete required training, including arranging make-up sessions for absent staff and retraining for those who do not meet assessment standards.
- Prepare and manage bi-annual knowledge assessments, document results, and share outcomes with regional security management.
- Support and coordinate security coverage for Client offsite events, including planning manpower and managing assigned officers when required. Occasional travel to these events may be required.
- Coordinate and track bi-annual security surveys, ensuring sites complete them on time, corrective actions are identified, and summaries are prepared for management review.
- Coordinate and maintain the Secure Desk / Clean Desk programme, ensuring checks are conducted consistently and records are uploaded to the required system.
- Compile and support the Quarterly Global Physical Security Report, ensuring accurate and timely data submission.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) programme, including coordinating site QA graders and ensuring grading standards are followed.
- Gather feedback and data on training effectiveness and highlight improvement areas to management.
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.
- Provide backup and support to the APAC Security Account Manager when required.

- Take ownership of personal development and support the development of team members when required.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with site teams, supervisors, and management, and promptly share information that may impact operations.

- Able to stand and move around sites for extended periods when required.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional after-hours or ad-hoc operational needs.
- Able to remain calm and think clearly during incidents or high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrates empathy and professionalism when dealing with officers’ questions or concerns.
- Works well with different stakeholders and interacts appropriately at all levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, organise information, and review operational data.
- Able to guide, coach, and support officers during training sessions to ensure engagement and task completion.
Requirements & Certifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of security management/training experience.
- Experience in corporate, technology, or MNC environments preferred.
- Minimum CSO level.
- Valid First aid, CPR and AED certification.
