Lead the embedding of strategic and tactical initiatives across Performance, Compensation, Wellbeing, and Benefits across multiple clusters to deliver value to the business and address challenges and opportunities across the organization. Partner closely with senior stakeholders on complex Performance & Rewards matters and ensure materials to deliver clear, locally relevant materials and tools for successful rollouts. As a key member of the global P&R team, you will contribute to and/or lead global projects, ensuring cluster perspectives are embedded in program design and processes. Additionally, you will manage multi-cluster teams to drive consistency, collaboration, and impact across regions.
