Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a direct people management role.
  • Experience in footwear/fashion industry is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve Customer Service delivery and processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders for business development.
  • Provide training and supervision to Customer Service Representatives.
