Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Trading Services Analyst in the Asia Currency Emerging Markets Non Linear Middle Office to capture and validate trading transactions, perform reconciliations, and support timely issue resolution across front-to-back processes.

You will collaborate with Operations, risk, finance, and technology teams to maintain accurate books and records and ensure efficient daily processing. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trading services, trade support, or an operational/control role.
• Knowledge of the front to back operation process, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to perform the key elements of other infrastructure groups (Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral) and recognize the impact of Trade support actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including ability to explain issues to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage priorities in a time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture all transactions in the Risk Management Systems accurately and timely.
• Complete intraday and end-of-day processes with reconciliation checks.
• Collaborate with Operations and infrastructure groups to support a one-team approach.
• Ensure controls are performed, completed, and signed off on time.
• Communicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries promptly.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuously improve processes and architecture.
• Develop a deep understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.

As a Trading Services Analyst within the Asia Currency Emerging Markets Non Linear Middle Office, you will capture and validate trading transactions, perform key reconciliation and control checks, and support timely issue resolution across front-to-back processes. You will work with partners in operations, risk, finance, and technology to help ensure accurate books and records and effective daily processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture all transactions in the Risk Management Systems accurately in a timely manner
• Complete intraday / end of day processes including completeness and reconciliation checks to ensure capture of new trading activity and general book management has been processed accurately
• Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’
• Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis
• Clear and concise communication with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries
• Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture
• Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in trading services, trade support, or an operational/control role
• Knowledge of the front to back operation process, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting

• Demonstrated understanding of Total Return Swap and Loans
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
