Job summary

WuXi Biologics in Singapore seeks a seasoned leader to support the startup of a state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility. You will own SOP development, supervise supervisors, and guide critical steps from part washing to sterilization in readiness for aseptic filling and technology transfer.

Responsibilities include leading validation activities, interfacing with clients, and ensuring cGMP compliance and QMS execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in drug product manufacturing with aseptic processing.
• 3–5 years of people management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced CDMO environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement SOPs, master batch records, and work instructions.
• Hire, train, and manage manufacturing staff for validation and batch execution.
• Ensure quality and client requirements for aseptic processes and site startup.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Validation, Quality, QC for new product introductions.
