Siemens in Singapore is seeking a Regional TSP Strategy & Analytics Intern to help analyze performance, identify trends and translate priorities into actionable initiatives. You will turn data into insights using Excel, Power BI and BI tools, supporting regional strategy in ASEAN.

The role offers exposure to forecasting, regression analysis, automation with Power Automate, and collaboration with colleagues across countries, helping move initiatives from planning to execution.

Formación

• Pursuing a relevant degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of statistics, trend analysis, forecasting, regression or data visualisation; exposure to predictive analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and interest/experience in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Interest in digitalisation and automation with exposure to Python, SQL, Power Automate or AI-assisted tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to structure information and present insights clearly.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple tasks across colleagues in different countries.

Responsabilidades

• Support TSP strategy and planning by analysing performance, identifying trends and translating priorities into initiatives.
• Transform data into insights using trend analysis, forecasting, regression and statistical methods.
• Support regional execution by tracking priorities, following up on actions and deliveringables.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate recurring activities using Power Automate and low-code tools.
• Contribute to strategic analysis with business frameworks to assess opportunities.
• Create impactful presentations and communications for management discussions and stakeholder engagements.
