Job summary

A regional legal support organization in Singapore is seeking a Regional Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across ASEAN. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in international corporate legal affairs, particularly in the construction industry, with excellent drafting and analytical skills. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, identifying legal risks, and advising internal stakeholders. This role requires strong detail orientation and familiarity with Southeast Asian jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in international corporate legal affairs, preferably in construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction law and contracts.
• Familiarity with business operations and jurisdictions in Southeast Asia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support legal functions and provide guidance on legal aspects for regional affiliates.
• Draft and/or review contracts and legal documents.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and formulate risk-mitigating solutions.
• Support contract negotiation and advise internal stakeholders on legal issues.
