Job summary

A leading staffing services provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled AS400 Developer with 3-5 years of experience in RPG development. The successful candidate will develop and maintain AS400 programs according to specific business needs and provide ongoing support. Candidates with experience in ATM systems and a solid understanding of bank processes will be preferred. Competitive salary of up to 8200 SGD with a 1-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in AS400 RPG development is required.
• Experience in ATM systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AS400 programs according to business user requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical documents and provide system support.
• Support system software upgrades and monitor system operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AS400 programs as according to business user's requirements.

AS400, RPGLE/400, CLP/400 and COBOL/400 programming language, As400/Query, SQL experience is essential to perform the daily task efficiently.

Translate requirement into technical document accurately, design and development according to specification, testing & implementation support.

System maintenance and post-implementation support :- support system S/W like upgrade and fixes, monitor and ensure the system operations as designed, respond to incident and provides resolution, embrace established SDLC to address system change request/enhancement, review of business service request and advice on impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years experience in AS400 RPG development

Experience in ATM system preferred. Online messaging knowledge required.

Good understanding of bank process and regulatory requirements and able to provide solution according to business
