Job summary

SOLDERFIELD RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a core banking systems developer familiar with RPGLE/COBOL in IBM OS400, with DDS, CLLE, and SQL skills. The role covers analysis, design, coding, testing, and user training for loan-related enhancements.

The successful candidate will document functional and technical specs, design databases, and coordinate with bank users on test plans and training materials. Degree in CS/IT or related discipline is required.

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Familiar with Core Banking and Loans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the user requirements or modifications/enhancement requests; familiar with Core Banking and Loans.
• Document in detail the functional and technical specifications; including database design and data conversion.
• Design the work unit, code the program, compile and perform the unit test;
• Work with the bank users to produce a test plan for testing all functions of the new program modifications;
• Update all changes done to systems, programs, and operating instruction/ Manuals;
• Train users to use each function of the new or amended application;
• Advise users on operation and backup procedures so that users can develop or update the user manual.
