Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Art Teacher for Global Art program, your roles and responsibilities include:
- Conducting art classes independently for students ranging from 3 to 15 years old using mediums such as oil pastel, poster colour, and acrylic.
- Bringing fun and creativity to art education, encouraging students to be creative and innovative.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the art studio.
- Working as a team player with other teachers and staff members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
- Demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Working weekdays and weekends.
- Following the terms of the contract, including a minimum one-year bond, attending training sessions without pay, and providing three months' notice for early termination.
- Demonstrating a good attitude and commitment to the teaching hours, which may vary depending on the schedule of the classes.
Skills Requirements
- The skills and qualifications required for this role include:
- N-level/O-Level/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Design/Art Education or related discipline.
- Preferably 1-2 years of teaching experience, but not mandatory.
- Cheerful, patient, and passionate about art education, with a genuine love for children.
- Good drawing, colouring, and painting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Pleasant disposition and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Good command of English.
