The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites an Art Director to lead creative direction across campaigns, events, and brand experiences.

You will translate ideas into compelling visuals and immersive experiences, shaping spatial and experiential concepts for activations and launches. You will collaborate with designers, producers, and project teams across markets to ensure work is aligned creatively, yet practical and executable, with careful attention to detail and consistency throughout all

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a creative/advertising/event agency.
Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling and real-world experiences.
Understanding of spatial design and experiential touchpoints is advantageous.
Familiar with AI-assisted creative workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop strong creative directions across campaigns, events, and brand experiences
Translate ideas into compelling visual and experiential executions
Create presentation-ready key visuals, layouts, mockups, and campaign materials
Contribute to spatial and experiential concepts for activations, launches, and branded environments
Work closely with designers, producers, and project teams across markets
Ensure ideas are aligned creatively while remaining practical and executable
Maintain strong attention to detail, craft, and consistency across deliverables
