Job description

Our client is a well-established Multi-Family Office with offices across Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering professional services to high-net-worth (HNW) clients
• Facilitate new account openings, account maintenance, and trade/order execution
• Assist with client onboarding processes, including enhanced KYC and KYC benchmarking
• Handle client and RM inquiries, ensuring smooth daily account maintenance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Relationship Managers

Requirements

• Valid RNF registration with MAS
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in private banking or wealth management
• Strong knowledge of account opening procedures, KYC documentation, and compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory frameworks
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure
• Meticulous with strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
