Job Description
Sales Strategy Management
- Lead and formulate short term and long term sales strategy
- Lead national sales program setting according to sales and market situation
- Supervise sales to ensure that all programs have been implemented correctly and dealers get full supports to their basic sales operation to build up the sales capability
- Act as sales team interface with other department, coordinate all related department to set programs based on sales strategy to guarantee national sales target achievement
Sales Strategic Implementation Management
- Responsible and approve of short and long term volume and production planning and forecasting
- Evaluating level of stock at dealers and pipeline orders in order to avoid breakdowns in supply vs. demand, resolves supply/demand issues with vehicle distribution in assigned markets;
- Responsible of the planning round
- Synergize the sales regions to develop the regional sales plan and define the dealers sales target
- Supervise and guarantee regional sales plan align with national plan
- Managed used car market;
- Manage tactical sales budgets
- Develop and define financial services
Network Development and Management
- Propose the network development plan and requirement according to sales and market situation
- Analyse with Marketing manager the dealer sales funnel to evaluate market potential, event efficiency and customer behaviour
- Provide recommendations on dealer recruitment and elimination
- Participate in the development of dealer operation standards, business process and qualification improvement programs
- Supervise the dealer operation management to ensure the fully implementation of company commercial policies and regulations
- Monitoring car ordering, payment and delivery
Process Management
- Lead, supervise and monitor sales and sales related process to guarantee sales strategy implementation
- Synergize the long-/short team sales plan among the regions to ensure the maximum of resource allocation efficiency
- Buildup the mechanism of sharing “best practice” experiences among the regions
- Verifies existence of requisites to access the awarding bonus (i.e.: CI/CD compliance, payment procedure …) and achievement of quality/quantity parameters to get variable margins.
- Assists dealers with the overall effectiveness of CRM processes (i.e.: lead generation and customer retention,..)
- Monitors and assist dealers personnel in meeting training requirements;
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 10 – 15 years’ experience in commercial
- Proficiency in English mandatory, other languages dependant on markets
- Competitor analysis, price positioning, mark up definition
- Self-confident, objectives fulfilment, proactive and autonomous
