We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the industrial valve, piping, or fluid control systems industry to drive business growth across Southeast Asia. This role will manage regional teams, partners, and service centers to achieve sales goals, develop market strategies, and build long-term customer relationships. Only applicants from related industries will be considered.
1. Team & Partner Leadership
Lead and develop assigned teams, regional partners, and authorized repair/service centers.
Establish clear reporting and communication structures to ensure performance and accountability.
Build a high-energy, collaborative sales culture rooted in engagement and execution.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline review, and results tracking.
Organize partner meetings, field visits, and capability development initiatives.
2. Business Target Achievement
Develop and oversee sales activity plans aligned with company goals.
Manage sales forecasts, territory planning, and budget control.
Monitor P&L performance and cost efficiency within the region.
3. Strategy Development
Work closely with the General Manager to define mid- and long-term growth strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the valve/piping industry.
Align with global objectives to improve sales performance and customer penetration.
4. Sales Execution & Customer Development
Guide team members in sales execution, account development, and opportunity conversion.
Drive strategic acquisition of new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Oversee quotation follow-ups, contract reviews, and tender processes.
Support both technical and commercial customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with internal sales processes (hunting, mining, farming).
Monitor performance KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Industry Experience:
Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience in:
Industrial Valves
Piping Systems
Flow Control Products
Process Equipment (related to oil & gas, power, chemical, etc.)
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Deep understanding of fluid control systems or industrial project sales
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Solid business acumen and forecasting skills
Experience working with distributors, EPCs, OEMs, or industrial end-users is highly preferred
