Job Summary
The Brand/Area Manager will oversee operations, sales, team management, and brand development across multiple beauty outlets. This role ensures consistent brand standards, drives sales, leads store teams, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to achieve operational excellence. Candidates with prior experience in the beauty industry or a related field will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Multi-Outlet & Operations Oversight - Supervise daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring SOP compliance, operational efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular audits and implement operational improvements to standardize processes. - 2. Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store management and support teams.
• Foster a motivated, customer-focused team culture.
• Develop talent and support career growth initiatives. - 3. Brand & Customer Experience - Ensure high standards of customer service and consistent brand experience across all outlets.
• Plan and execute promotions, merchandising strategies, and brand events.
• Handle escalated customer issues and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction. - 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, HR, supply chain, and headquarters to align operations and brand strategies.
• Provide insights from frontline operations to support business growth and brand development. - 5. Financial & Operational Excellence - Track P&L, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee staff rosters and operational planning to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Retail, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/beauty store management, multi-outlet or brand management; beauty industry experience or a related field will be preferred.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of Singapore retail operations and HR compliance is preferred, but not essential, as we value diverse perspectives and experiences.
