Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the quality and timely execution of all architectural works.
- Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for sub‑contractor and material quotations.
- Verify that drawings and documentation accurately reflect site requirements and client or consultant amendments.
- Prepare supplementary sketches and details as needed for clarification.
- Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and keep project management informed of variations.
- Ensure correct sequencing, dimensions, alignment, and levels of architectural trades.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to determine and procure finishing materials.
- Monitor timely delivery and proper storage of materials.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with sub‑contractors to track progress and resolve issues.
- Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and monitor their performance.
- Attend all relevant site, technical, and coordination meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design).
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or construction company (preferably).
- Strong understanding of architectural construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
