Job summary

A leading architectural consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to coordinate and manage architectural works for residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of experience in residential or condo projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with specifications and preparing construction method statements.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
• Coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites

Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture or similar
• Min 2 years experience in Residential / Condo project
