Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant/Architectural Manager to lead pre-construction and tender phases for large-scale projects. Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years in leading architectural/construction roles.
• Experience in tendering and pre-construction for large-scale iconic projects (100m+ height advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural review of tender documents, specs and drawings for large-scale works.
• Identify design conflicts, buildability issues, and risks; propose solutions.
• Advise on ECI, value engineering and design optimization to save time and cost.
• Prepare and oversee high-quality tender submissions and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and design teams during negotiations.
• Plan and coordinate architectural trades; ensure interface with structural, M&E and facade.
• Ensure on-site works follow drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to align progress with schedule and EH&S.
