Job description

Responsibilities:

• Managing costs on a wide variety of a new building projects and structures, corporate office etc
• Project progress report/schedule/permit to work
• Source for Suppliers
• Assist in establishing clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk and value management
• Identifying, analyzing and developing respones to commericial risks
• Maintaining awerness of the different building contracts in current use

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higer/Graduate Diploma
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (To assist in establishing English and Mandarin speaking clients requirement and undertaking feasibility studies)
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
