Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee architectural works. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, coordinate between various stakeholders, and mentor junior supervisors. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in architecture and has 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards and assessment criteria.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.

- Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards; conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications as required
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works
- Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and ensure alignment with design intent and specifications
- Plan and supervise architectural finishing works such as tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works
- Carry out inspections, trade demonstrations, and mock-ups to ensure workmanship meets approved standards
- Support and lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants and authorities for TOP, QP, and RI submissions
- Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks
- Liaise with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a robust quality control plan for architectural elements
- Track material usage and ensure proper storage and handling of architectural finishes
- Prepare reports and updates on architectural progress and quality performance
- Mentor junior supervisors and provide technical guidance on-site
- Ensure safe working practices are implemented and adhered to in all architectural activities
- Plan and forecast material quantity requirements at least three months in advance to ensure timely procurement and avoid project delays
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
