About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising architectural works—particularly in façade cladding, aluminum, window, and glass systems—to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works related to façade, curtain wall, aluminum, and glass systems.
• Review architectural and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Ensure all works comply with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and installation sequence of façade and architectural finishes.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in façade, cladding, aluminum, and glass works (preferably in Singapore projects).
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
