Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction manager to oversee all construction activities for projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering, and strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Office. Responsibilities include managing Civil & Structure works, coordinating teams, preparing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. This position offers a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Civil & Structure and Architectural Works for Building Works.
  • Coordinate with E&M Construction Team.
  • Responsible for all construction activities of Building Works.
  • Plan sequence of works and prepare schedules.
  • Ensure works are executed according to Method Statement and Safety Procedure.
  • Conduct daily Tool Box Talks.
  • Prepare progress reports for Senior Construction Manager.
  • Resolve site issues and obtain necessary approvals.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Managing the Civil & Structure and Architectural Works for Building Works
  • Coordinating with internal E&M Construction Team and SWC
  • Responsible for all construction activities of Building Works for the project
  • Plan the sequence of works, prepare weekly and monthly schedule of works based on base line program and as per site requirements
  • Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods
  • Arrange and conduct daily Tool Box Talk, Control the Senior Engineer and Engineer force (or sub-contractor) with his assistance
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and submit to Senior Construction Manager
  • In charge of resolve site issues and necessary approval by client (QPS and Client)
  • If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under your responsibility and control, conduct in due time with safe manner
Job Requirements
  • Min 10 years of working experience in constrcution industry
  • Min Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent
  • Skilled at organizing tasks and establishing priorities to increase efficiency and achieve maximum results
  • Proficient at AutoCAD & MS Office
