KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architect to support a major semiconductor/high-tech facility project in Singapore.

The role focuses on multidisciplinary architectural coordination, MEP interfaces, and specialist works, offering exposure to technically complex, highly coordinated environments. You will lead Architectural/Design Coordinators, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure submissions, drawings and constructions meet required standards and Singapore

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture; 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
Experience in semiconductor/high-tech or data centre projects is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager with reports, documentation, and design coordination meetings.
Lead a team of Architectural / Design Coordinators for complex facilities.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for proper interpretation of requirements.
Coordinate architectural works with MEP, structural, cleanroom, and specialist systems.
Review drawings to identify clashes, constructability issues, and discrepancies.
Provide technical support to site teams to resolve design issues promptly.
Monitor progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and project standards.
Conduct site inspections and address defects and outstanding works.
Ensure compliance with Singapore authority requirements and client standards.
