Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Foreman/Supervisor to ensure that work is carried out according to contracts and drawings. Responsibilities include planning architectural works, liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers, implementing QC plans, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction, knowledge of BCA requirements, and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge of BCA requirements and architectural processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work complies with contract and drawings.
• Plan and schedule architectural works.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers.

• BCA Architectural Foreman/Supervisor .
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan
• Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock-up
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade
• To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Management.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
