Job description

• Supervise and coordinate all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Ability to review project specifications and technical clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies.
• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Close coordination and communication of work with managers, project staff, consultants and clients.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Relevant Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field, National Construction Trade Certificate
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in HDB architectural works
• Able to work independently and in a team
