• Work Location: Various Location within Mainland Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $5500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of architectural works, material requisitions, cost tracking, and documentation to support project delivery.
• Review architectural drawings to identify and resolve inconsistencies or clashes with M&E, structural, and client specifications.
• Oversee on-site architectural activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to design intent.
• Supervise and coordinate the execution of architectural works to align with project timelines and standards.
• Verify that all materials and workmanship meet approved specifications and quality requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and updates as required by the project team or management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management in line with project needs and professional expertise.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent and recognized by relevant authority
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Architectural Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Experience with HDB BTO project is an added advantage
• Possess own transport is and added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
